Volunteering with the Chick-fil-A Foundation
More than just allocating funds to youth programs across the country, the Chick-fil-A Foundation is dedicated to building leaders. Through capital projects, programming and employee engagement, the Chick-fil-A Foundation serves as the company's way of giving back and leaving a lasting footprint on the heart of youth. Each employee has the opportunity to help resolve issues impacting our youth and education system. They can help strengthen our community by serving as a volunteer, mentor or teacher:
- Volunteer – Open doors to new opportunities by serving as a sports team volunteer during day camps.
- Teach – Improve financial literacy among metro Atlanta youth by serving as an after-hours instructor at Junior Achievement’s Chick-fil-A Foundation Discovery Center.
- Mentor – Inspire future leaders by serving as a mentor through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
